Hi I am trying to install 8GB Kit Lot 2x 4GB DIMM DDR3 Desktop 10600 1333MHz 1333 240pin Ram Memory on the board. I have the newest BIOS update on a clean X64 bit version of Windows 7. For some reason the motherboard is only picking up each RAM stick as 2 GB when clearly the board should be able to read up to 4 gigs in each DIM slow. What settings if any do I need to change to get this working properly.

I have built many systems and have never ran into this issue before.

Solution
You got ripped, these are manufactured/sold by Corsair and the according to model number sold as single sticks, looks like this A-Tech or whoever sold them just pulled the corsair label off and put the A-tech labels on. Regardless - each is a 2GB model

^ This. I would try to return/get a refund. I mean, the seller MAY not have known about it either. But I'm a glass half full kinda guy and CPU-Z doesn't lie.
