The CX 600 has 46 amps of current in its 12v rail,whereas the required amount of amps by r9 380 is 28 amps,more than enough power.

Don't waste money on a CX they have a higher failure rate than similarly priced higher quality units. While it will power it I bet in about a year you'd looking for a new psu. You can get a much better evga b2 for $45 after mir.
