Hi , i need to update My mobo bios so please learn me how to do it?

cpu : core i5-2400 3.10 Gz
Socket 1155 LGA
intel H61
Brand : AMI
Version : 7.13

Try their Online Support Page?

Tell them what motherboard you have and what graphics card you're trying to install. Let them know the issue you are having and ask them if a BIOS update for your motherboard would resolve the issue. If they answer "No", then you ask them how to resolve your current issue.
