Help me choose CPU Cooler

Hello everyone i want to buy an aftermarket CPU Aircooler for my i5 4690k overclocked at 4.2ghz.
Im not interested in watercooling but most aircoolers are too large to fit on my case.
My case is Corsair Carbide Spec 03

Can anyone suggest me a good Aircooler that will fit in my case and keep my CPU cool?

Most air coolers are 160mm tall, your case spec says a limit of 157mm.
I suggest the cryorig H7 about $35, it is 145mm tall.

Is it going to keep low temperatures?
Right now im using the Cryorig R1 Ultimate but since its large i have the side of the case open.
My temps are 30° on idle 60° at full load.
I would like a cooler to keep my temps under 70°-65° is possible.

I second geofelt on the Cryorig H7, it is still a VERY good heatsink and will be able to keep the 4690k well within healthy temps.
