I used many different recording software, I been using OBS for a while now and I was able to handle it not being as good. But then I got sick of it and tried Mirillis Action! and try to record in 1080p60fps just like OBS. The quality is not as smooth as it should be, being the max bit-rate and quality. If someone can help me to create amazing Local Full-HD 60 FPS Recordings that would be amazing.

This was created with OBS, I mean it is not the best, but it isn't bad, right?

The speed of your hardware has nothing to do with the quality of a video render. Also, are you really expecting a raw file + youtube compression to make for an amazing looking video? Most people who upload super high quality videos get their results from processing the raw clips in a video editing program in order to add post processing effects (such as edge sharpening, antialiasing, etc) that will make the final, online-viewable clip much nicer. That's what you're missing here. I don't see why you'd care so much though since your video looks fine, even upscaled to my native UHD monitor res.
