how can i tell what graphic cards are compatible with my motherboard

i have a 760gm-p34 motherboard and im curious if a EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB SSC GAMING, Silent Cooling Graphics Card 02G-P4-2957-KR would work with it

That graphics card fits any PCI express x8/x16 slot which that board has so yes it is compatible. PCI slots are backwards compatible so even though the card is PCI 3.0 it will fit into a PCI 2.0.
