Can I Run Sapphire R7 250X 1GB GDDR5 On Non-Brand 500W PSU

Hello, I'm a casual gamer !
I just want to upgrade my GPU not my full pc. So, Can I use this GPU on my PSU
Will This be sufficient or I have to face problems ??

I wouldn't recommend on a non branded psu and the 250x is 450w I would change the PSU to a branded one at 500w minimum or a 600w

Depends on how many amps (or how much wattage) your PSU says it has on the 12v rail(s)?
