asus H61M-D lga 1150 in i5 4460? is this a good MOBO for the budget?

Yeah that motherboard is a solid cheap Mobo no known issues I can think so, it can get a bit hot which can slow down the system with some applications but its a pretty good low end mobo

This motherboard supports the Intel® 3rd/2nd generation Core™ i7/i5/i3/Pentium®/Celeron® processors in the LGA1155 package, not the 1150 if you don't mind a microATX board MSI H81M-P33 is a nice board if you want a full ATX board then try this ASRock H81 Pro BTC, Both of these are nice/cheap motherboards.
