Linus once said that you need pressure fans in areas witch are blocking the air flow of the fan, in this case 212 evo fins are blocking free air, so thats why im looking for sp series of noctua because, they well rated, they give good air flow (pressure) by keeping low noise also i watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXAFYNE7Cl0

and if it will be too noisy for me, i will turn down speed in motherboard bios setting, but i think it wont be, because cooler master tx3 fan was acceptable for me almoast 2 years and still is, tx3 is just smaller than 212 evo witch i first wanted but wasn't able to buy, cuz of case limitations.
