I have 2 available internet connections (both ethernet)
1. dsl 1mbps, limited data allowance, low ping
2. broadband 8mbps, unlimited data allowance, high ping

Is it possible to separate my 2 internet connections to gaming and downloading
If yes, anyone can give guide or how to?

If you don't already have a two isp capable router. Yes there are a few solutions, many require a Router with 2 WAN capable ports to be configured with a Load balancing algorithm. There are several search engines and electronic computer supply websites or stores to find a Dual WAN, or Multiple WAN Router, or some Load Balancing Hardware, sometimes Edge Routers have these features to split traffic or weigh a ratio of throughput to either ISP/WAN connection. Most are limited in the features of the load balance as you can sometimes select either a port or ip to use a specific WAN, or sometimes there is a calculation the device uses to decide which WAN to use. Some devices to look at would be: ZyWALL 110, LRT224, TL-R480T+, and other dual/multiple WAN routers.

Once you have 2 ISP's working, you can use Route Traffic options, possibly VLAN separation, or another option would be UNTANGLE is a software option for advance NAT routing.

Will try to look for those.

Any possible solution besides that?

You can do it and it is mostly tedious not all that hard.

First get one router working correctly as you want it. You want this router to be your primary router that is doing all your default stuff.

You take your second router and plug the lan together. Disable the DHCP and set the IP to a ip in the same network as the first. So if you main router has 192.168.1.1 set the other to 192.168.1.2.

Now the tedious part.

Use the ROUTE command to set traffic to go to the second router.

You need a list of all the ip you want to go to the second site. You now do

ROUTE ADD xx.xx.xx.xx mask 255.255.255.255 192.168.1.2

its jus in theory, its not gonna work in real life .let say you on FPS video game in a tied faith with planes on high settings with very detailed map ,you fire a shot and you need all pockets of data send/recieve and you lost some data pockets, boom some punbuster or any other anticheat programm STARTED AND SCANNING YOUR SYSTEM , meou you mist a target and get shot.there is no point to get tools to show packets loss cause its worthless.sry English is not my native language.better just upgrade internet speed
