Hey everyone! I apologize if my post is in the wrong category.
Anyways, I was wondering if someone could tell me if my current Power Supply is too low for my build, and if I should consider getting a new one.
PC Specs:
Intel Core i7 860
Intel Board DP55WG
Gigabyte GTX 750 TI 2GB (requires 6-pin power attachment)
14GB ddr3 RAM (3 x 4gb sticks + 1 x 2gb)
The case I'm using came with a 480w Power Supply. The brand is Logisys. I'm not sure if their Power Supplies are good quality. My power consumption isn't an issue at the moment, but for Christmas I am planning on purchasing a few things.
Better CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper D92
3-Pin Fan Control Panel: NZXT Sentry-2 5.25" Touch Screen Fan Controller
My question is: Will these new attachments + everything else require a higher Power Supply? If they don't go over the limit, how much "wiggle room" am I left with? I'd rather not be borderline under the limit because I'd hate for my PSU to die on me with a high load.
I also have a few 3-pin fans and 1 Molex fan. I don't think those require much power so I didn't bother listing them. But if I'm wrong, please let me know.
Thanks for the help!
