So, a list of the games I will be playing and streaming, mostly streaming and uploading YouTube videos for the first 3.
Fallout 4
Hearthstone
Skyrim
Diablo 3
World of Warcraft
League of Legends
Minecraft
GTA V
And a couple others. Anyways, the current build has 16 GB of RAM, an AMD FX-8350, and a GTX 970. While none, except Fallout, are too graphically intensive, for Skyrim I want 4k textures and ENBs and lots of mods, and I want to be able to run it at 60 fps, maybe 1440p, what would I have to change to achieve that? Maybe an i5-4690k and a GTX 980? Any tips for a Gaming Desktop that will run all games at 1080p Max with 60fps and modded Skyrim 1440p at like 45 fps? The current price for the whole build, including monitor is $1,426.51, I'd like to keep it under $1,700-$1,800
I want my Skyrim to look like this http://imgur.com/a/5b6Pn

Pushing close to the limits of your budget, but managed to squeeze in a 1440p monitor.
