Ok so i only have one hard drive , i got my new computer booted it up to find i had 2 drives (c and d) when going into disk managment i have disk 0 and disk 1. Disc 0 my main drive with boot up files is only 118gb of a 2tb hard drive the other 1863 is on disk 1 . How can i fix this.

You only have one physical hard drive but it's divided in to two partitions.
If you add the two partition sizes together, that equals 1981GB, which is correct for a 2TB hard drive.
There is nothing to fix.
