Hello Guys,
Hope anyone can help me to fix this Issue. My PC shutdowns after 10-12 minutes when I play graphic intensive games like Call of Duty black ops 3 , Assassins Creed Syndicate. But it works fine when i play hitman absolution. It was working in a excellent condition a month ago and the above happened suddenly.

PC specs are :
FX 6300
Asus Strix gtx 960 2gb ddr5
Gigabyte ga 78lmt s2p
8 gm ram (4 gb x 2) both Corsair.
Cooler master thunder 450w
3 Hdd
1 dvd drive

I tried cleaning the all the components and Tried again. This time it got worse Now it shuts down once loading screen of the game appears. if anyone can let me know what exactly is wrong with my system? Is it my Cpu OR GPU OR heating problem OR voltage problem OR Spike guard?

Solution
I've unselected the solution since the issue isn't fixed. There are 2 possible issues, but you haven't provided the AMD Overdrive thermal margins and CPU frequency just before it shuts down. If they are at least 10°C, then the issue could be the poor 4+1 phase VRM that cause the system to shutdown, but it should throttle the CPU before the shutdown. If the thermal margins are very low or negative, then the CPU is overheating. The PSU could also be the issue, but it would have to be very weak to fail while running Prime95. What CPU cooler are you using?
You need to do some basic investigation. Is the CPU overclocked? What CPU cooler is installed? Are the thermal margins in AMD Overdrive fine when running Prime95 Small FFTs? Are there issues with the GPU when you stress test it? If all individual components work fine, then the PSU may be the issue. Could you try another one?

Hi GhislainG,
Thanks for the advice :)
I did the Prime 95 small FFTs test . The minute i started the test my PC shutdown like it was when i played games. So What could be the possible fix for this (Processor Change OR Processor heating issue). If heating is the issue then applying thermal paste will fix this OR please suggest the best fix for this.

I tried that process once again. The thermal margins before initializing the test were -7 to -7.5 degrees. As the test started the thermal Margins were between -12 to -15 Degrees. I use the Stock Cooler for CPU + (1 80mm stock fan + 1 LED fan 120mm + 1 LED 80mm fan ) for System Cooling. I checked the Bios and found the CPU temperature to be 93-95 degress. whereas my System Temp is 45 degrees. My PSU is Cooler master thunder 450w .I have not overclocked my system .So what could be the best possible fix for this, please suggest. Thanks in Advance :)

Finally with your help the problem is Fixed . Now the games are running as smooth as butter. I bought a new thermal paste and applied it on the CPU. The temperature went down to 39 degrees when idle and the prime 95 test results succeeded . Thermal margins improved to +22 to + 25 degrees when idle. It also fixed the loud noise from the Cpu and now its gone. Thanks for your Help.
