Hello I need help choosing the parts for my new pc, this is my first time building one so any advice would be greatly appreciated. My Budget is : $1000 usd, and I would like it mostly for Gaming/Streaming. The part I'm having the most trouble with is the cpu, since i don't know which one would be best for like streaming and such. I was trying to decide between like the 6700K,6500,Xeon E3-1231,i7-4790K,4690. I'm not really sure if I would overclock to so that's another thing.
This is my current build:

Would the 4790K preform any better then the 6600 when streaming?

Would it be a large difference, like if I was trying to stream at 720p 60fps or something like that would the hyper threading help a lot.

That is basically a slightly lower clocked 4790 without the iGPU correct? So it would have the hyperthreading for streaming and such.
