Ive compeleted my build. Fx8320 cpu. The motherboard however fails to boot into the bios and is stuck on this screen. http://imgur.com/4ntZQoT

Hi,
I'm Davis from ASRock HQ TSD.

We provide few ways for you to verify.
1.Please refer below link to clear CMOS. http:// (see P.16 in user manual)
2.Please only install necessary devices(CPU, fan, memory, VGA card, power) for narrowing the problem.
3.Please install system disk to another SATA port for try.
4.Please change another disk for verify.

I've tried resseting the cmos, using different sticks of ram, using one stick of ram, different hard drives, re-sitting the cpu, and different sata ports.
Earlier on in the day, im not sure how but i got it to work when messing with the cmos battery.
When it loaded, the motherboard saod low battery on cmos. Press f1 to continue. I managed to install windows 7, however when i tried to updtate to windows 8.1 it stopped working and went back to this. Stuck, unable to load bios, or boot manager.

My parts are Amd 8320 cpu, cooler master hyper 212 x, nvidia gtx 660. 8gb 2x 1886mghz kington hyper x ram, corsair gs 700 psu, and of course the 980de3 motherboard.
