Trying to find a cheap laptop that has just enough to meet Minecraft's recommend settings

I was using game debate (link) as I searched for PC's. The only problem is that most of the time either the cpu or gpu model listed in store websites isn't in game debate's part list or the store websites don't specify the exact model (for example a lot of stores have "Intel HD Graphics" for GPU, but I don't know which Intel HD Graphics). What's the best way to look for a cheap computer that has just enough to meet Minecraft's recommended settings.

EDIT: Okay, I should of mentioned, I'm only looking for whole Laptop not PC parts (I accidentally put Computer in the title, so I fixed that). While I love the idea of building a PC, this is for my Mom and Dad to give to my sister for Christmas, and they don't want it in parts to build, but the a whole Laptop instead.

The minimum and recommended specs for Minecraft can be found here.
https://help.mojang.com/customer/en/portal/articles/325948-minecraft-system-requirements

While Intel HD integrated graphics do meet the minimum requirements the recommended requirements call for a discrete graphics card. The good news is that the cards recommended are pretty old at this point so pretty much any modern low end GPU should be fine.

Edit: it looks like a R7 240 would be a pretty good card for Minecraft. There might be other cheaper cards that would be fine as well but I don't know a ton about lower end cards.

I found this Reddit page that might be helpful.
https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/39syjj/inexpensive_laptop_for_playing_minecraft/

It sounds like as long as you get a laptop with an i3 or better processor and at least 4GB of RAM it sound be able to run Minecraft reasonably well. She may have to turn a couple settings down to get smooth framerates and most mods are probably not a good idea but it should work.

It's too expensive. How about this laptop: http://www.walmart.com/ip/ASUS-C201PA-DS01-Chromebook-Rockchip-3288-C-Quad-Core-1.8GHz-2GB-DDR3-16GB-SSD-TPM-11.6-Display-Google-Chrome/44932149 (keep in mind I want to meet the recommended requirements, not just the minimum).

I have no clue if its "ARM Rockchip Cortex A17-RK3288 Quad-Core Processor" is better or worse than i3 (or Pentium 4 3.0GHz, which is what Game Debate says for recommended requirements. Same goes for its GPU: "ARM Mali-T764 with 2GB of dedicated system memory", I don't know if it's better or worse than GeForce 8600 GS.

I don't think any of the Chromebooks are going to cut it, especially if you are trying to hit the recommended specs instead of the minimum. Sorry but I don't think it's going to be possible to get a laptop that cheap that can do what you are asking.
