Are these temps safe while running Star Wars/livestreaming in 720p 60fps

im playing star wars in 1080p 144hz all ULTRA settings with 200% supersampling and streaming to twitch with 720p 60fps, my gpu temps are around 71-73c and my cpu around 60-63c with max of 66c, my i75820k is at 4.0ghz with 1.15v and my 980ti is a stock oc (1101base-1303boost-mem 3505mhz, am i safe? also worried about summer when it comes around and temps will be higher

Go with some Arctic Silver MX4. I use it on my 4770k and it keeps it nicely cool given my voltage and cooler. Your fans are fine. If you really wanna splurge pick up some Corsair SP120 high performance fans, other than that your setup is fine as is.

would getting better fans make temps a bit better? i'm running a 6 fans which all have different RPM, are there any fans you would recommend also best thermal paste out there? i just wanna play it safe so my pc lasts for a long time
