My pc is being terrible slow at times when i try to load pages in a web browser but it ushaley dose not last long , its while gaming i taking the biggest hit and need to fix the issue the game will run fine for a while then will freeze for a good 30-50 seconds and the sound will loop sometimes will happen ever 5-10 seconds sometimes wont happen for 10 mins at a time. as you can guess this makes games like CSGOcompetitive unplayable ( only reason i bought the pc >> -_-) I just replaced a dead Hard Drive a dead PSU and dead Ram, temperatures are good clock speeds are good power lvls are good all my drivers are update to date there been no error in device manger or with memtest86 dont know what to do anymore starting to get extreamley anoyed. when it dose work it runs csgo fine smooth on max settings with 120+fps. spec are as follow:

Just re installed windows and all updates also put a new hard drive in so that's going to be extremely ignoring if its failing all ready

If it's happening with a new drive could be a video card or power supply issue. You said you replaced 3 things that failed in the system, that is very unusual to have 3 components fail at the same time unless something common to them is bad like a power supply or motherboard.

What is the brand and model of the power supply?

Dead Hard Drive, PSU and RAM at the same time? Either you are really unlucky or there is some issue causing them to fail... First of all you should ensure there are no tasks in background consuming CPU\Ram and run a vírus\malware scan. Secondly does this issue happen if you play in very low settings? Also try to set priority of CS GO to high in task manager to see if that helps. Honestly i don't know what's happening but my guess would be that you either have a bad drive which causes issues when it has to load making the game SLOW, or na issue with the power supply.... I don't know. You can rule out a bad drive by installing the game to na external harddrive if you have one

Are you overclocking the GPU? That could cause that problem. Try underclocking it by 20% and check if issue persists. You might not have enough power to keep it working correctly. Also try increasing voltage but remember not to increase it more than 0.1V

not over clocking runing base clocks and volts , all ready have tried that made little diffrence helped but not by much

FSP make good power supplies, I'd test the video card in a good working system and see how it works or another video card in yours. System locking up with sound still going I most often see with a bad video card.
