SSD for windows 7+some programs

Solution

128gb is enough as a boot drive yes

make sure you add a secondary for storage though

If that is all your loading then maybe yes, but large games will eat that space real quick. also as ssd fill up they slow dramatically, its always good to have an overhead of unused space to keep performance up. You find you need something larger later on and then regret sets in because you need to redo operating system or clone the old on the new one

im going to only install windows and some programs , i have 500gb HDD and another 150 gb hard(really old one lol), i just wanted to free the c drive , my options is to buy an SSD or another HDD,but i think ill get more preformance from an SSD and put only windows on it than to buy another HDD
