I gues you can start here and review the ones still available to buy ?? mabye e-bay ? there getting kinda dated and phased out , old stock of the ones that did not sell well ??

If you want to buy new, companies still stocking those are often holding them for people and companies that need to keep legacy systems running and charge a premium for them. As you can see from those listed on partspicker, most LGA775 motherboards still listed with a price are around the $100 mark. You can get some Skylake H170 motherboards for about the same price.
Sinking money in an obsolete platform is often not worth it.
