I have the above graphic card in my PC and I am having nothing but issues trying to run the game Fallout 4. I know the game has issues, but my problems are going above and beyond what I'm hearing about online. I have 5+ minute loading times, constant screen tearing, lag, freezing, game crashing on startup in heavy graphic areas. Any help on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

check you have the latest drivers and any driver issues with fallout 4. Is it limited to just fallout or do other games suffer the same problem?
