Upgrading from a GTX 660Ti To a GTX 980Ti

so i want to upgrade from a GTX660Ti To a GTX 980Ti but do i need to change the PSU or anything ?

This is my build

Motherboard: Asrock z77 extreme 4

CPU: Intel I5 3550

RAM: Corsair Vengance 4X2

Current GPU: GTX 660Ti

PSU: Coolmax 650 w

You can without extra efforts change your graphics card.
There´s no need to worry about CPU either.

I´d rather suggest going for a better monitor next time perhaps. 980TI can easily support higher than 1080p.
