I have an old HEC Raptor 500W from my previous PC. I am planning to upgrade to skylake below are my spec. Do I need to buy a new power supply?

Intel Core i5 6600 3.3-3.9Ghz 4-Core
Gigabyte H170-Gaming 3
Gigabyte GTX 960 Windforce OC 4gb
Corsair Spec 03 Carbide
Corsair Vengeance LPX (Dual) 2x8gb ddr4 2400 CL14
Crucial BX200 240gb (CT240BX200SSD1)
Seagate 2tb (ST2000DM001) 64mb sata
Cooler Master Blizzard T2

If I need to upgrade, what power supply would you recommend?

Yeah I would although the W is enough to handle the below build I don't trust the Brand on that PSU.

Go for anything from either XFX or Seasonic, or you could get the EVGA 550W G2 PSU this is one of my personal favourite ones.

Yes that is enough, but that is the one thing you don't want to miss out on. As the person above me said, that brand is not very trustworthy and a decent PSU is not expensive. A great option would be to plug all your components into PC parts picker and it will tell you the wattage you need and if you go to the power supply section it will suggest a powersupply to you, based on ratings, price, and how much you need, it will pick you a great power supply.

For example, it suggested me this power supply. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-120g10650xr
Which has great reviews, great cost, and plenty of power for future upgrades!

Assuming I decide to get any of the following GPU, would a Seasonic G650 80+ Gold Modular suffice?

Sapphire R9 390 Nitro Tri-X OC 8gb
Sapphire R9 380 Nitro OC Ed 4gb

I am also wondering if I should get 4x4 instead of 2x8 DDR4, does this have any affect to the performance and power consumption?

I noticed that the list contains Crucial BX200 SSD. It's a new SSD with TLC technology that's slow and may be problematic. Based on the current reviews on the drive, it actually runs slower than BX100 and other Crucial SSDs. I highly recommend to get BX100 or MX200 series SSDs.
