Does the PCIe Minicard slot on this motherboard have USB capability?

I'm asking so I can upgrade to this card. (http://www.amazon.com/AzureWave-AW-CE123H-Bluetooth-Half-Size-PCI-Express/dp/B00HRFS1GQ/ref=cm_cd_al_qh_dp_i)

If not, what are some alternative wireless cards that would work?

It will provide USB capability if your minicard is designed for USB. But I assume you meant if it is plug-n-play like a USB device. Just plug it in, download and install the driver, and let it run. Very easy.

Your first answer was actually what I was looking for. :) it's an OEM card so it should be easy-ish.
