Budget is 1000-1500 need amazing processor, 16gb ram REALLY NEED, want a ssd, at least 2tb harddrive 3 pref, a good graphic card want to stream in great quality clear picture like 1080 a good motherboard would be nice to put everything together. I dont know about power source, cases or cooling so going to let community decide. Dont need optical drives, monitor etc, just the desktop help :D

pref from legit places to buy parts i dont trust amazon cause sellers can send broken stuff so like bestybuy newegg and other places that are legit "new unoppened parts" if you know its a legit part seller id take. I prob can go lil over budget.

Thanks Guys and gals for your help :)

For streaming and gaming i'd go for i7 skylake proc with a z170 board,2tb WD blue or seagate.
For gaming at 1080,you'd need something like a gtx 970 or r9 390.Nothing more.For anything higher,gtx 980ti is recommended.
A EVGA g2 750w PSU can handle 1 gtx 980ti easily, evga 550w g2/650w gs for a single gtx 970/r9 390.

Make yourself a nice rig using the above parts at - https://pcpartpicker.com/
I'd suggest to go for H100i for cpu cooler.
Computer case,only you can decide.

Some good looking,sturdy cabinets :
