Specs:
i7 3.4 4 cores
8gb ram
gtx 750 ti 2 gb strix oc.

Well, I can't even run that game on low because all I get is 50 fps and really really bad graphics.

All of them have the same video card as me.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjJJGXGkoA0 This guy plays it on ultra with 60 fps
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Q_T6QQPI0A He gets nice performance on ultra aswell.

Also it's very weird that my games aren't smooth enough at 30 fps. They don't look like youtube videos (Which are 30fps).
I use geforce experience and I always have the newest drivers, so please help me what's wrong.
I even pass geforce's recommended system requirements. Waiting for answers. Thanks in advance.

Plus, the gtx 750 ti is getting old now. At the time it launched, it could play high settings at 1080P because all the games from a year ago aren't as demanding as today's titles.

I don't believe these YouTube videos. Not sure about Far Cry 4 power needed, because i newer played it, but you miss the recommended specs by quite a lot. Just because your card is a generation newer doesn't mean it's better.
First digit is the generation (the 7 in your case) and the second digit says how good the card is (5 in your case)
Gaming cards start at 5 and end at 8. (9 for dual GPU cards)

So the 680 is actually quite a lot faster than your 750ti.

You can choose 1080p60 there.

Yes, I understand that but it even lags on low (30 fps). I think it shouldn't be that way.

Just because you can choose it, doesn't mean it's running. Look at the FPS counter on the left. Drops below 30.

The GTX 750 Ti is too weak to play Far Cry 4 on ultra settings at 1080p. The benchmarks below shows the average performance is 29 FPS.

The link below states the test rig (which uses a Core i7-4770k @ 4.2GHz) and the settings used for each resolution.

As most said u have a gtx 750 Ti which is a really low end card and i would recommend a 970 or r9 290x
So it comes down to your video card.. Your ram and cpu is good tho so your in good shape there for sure bro just upgrade your gpu and your frames will increase dramatically thus giving you 60 or close in alot of games.

If your really on a budget and you dont have the cash to spend i would go r9 280 285 or gtx 960 but i wouldnt go any lower then that

yes, at 1080p low you should be getting 40 - 50 fps with drops

turn down the resolution to 720p, then raise settings a bit.

it should be playable

for 1080p ultra 60 fps, you need a gtx 680, gtx 770, 280x, or better.
