I'm going to be building a new PC soon but don't know too much about motherboards to select one myself.
My plans are to go with the new generation of Intel so I'll need LGA1151.
I will only have one GPU, I'm thinking a 970 or 980 (No need for SLI/CF).
I will not be overclocking (Don't need those features).
I will have both an SSD and HDD.
Because of my living situation I can't have a wired connection so it'll need a good wifi adapter built in or I'll also need a suggestion of a wifi adapter/card to put in.
I will be getting 16GB (2x8) of DDR4 RAM, but would like to be able to expand to 32GB.
I would like it to have quality components.
I will primarily be using this machine for gaming so if there are boards with good features for gaming that would be awesome.
I want it to be cheap as possible, I'm not going to be tinkering with anything after the initial set-up.
Let me know what you guys think would be best or if you need any more information.
EDIT: I've looked at the MSI Gaming H170A Gaming Pro and the ASUS H170 Pro Gaming, would these be good options for my criteria above? Is there a cheaper option than these two that also fulfills my above criteria?
