PSU Cable looks like the one on the right in this pic:

Motherboard: https://s3.graphiq.com/sites/default/files/5030/media/images/Asrock_Fatal1ty_Z97M_Killer_6526088.jpg

Having some trouble with this. Only 1 of the two 4 pin ATX 12v CPU matches with the 8 pin on the motherboard. My mobo manual says the following "This motherboard provides an 8-pin ATX 12V power connector. To use a 4-pin ATX power supply, please plug it along Pin 1 and Pin 5" So I have only been using one of the two 4+4 connectors with the PSU. I was able to get to bios.
As you can see the rightmost 4 pin in the picture has 4 rounded plugs. The motherboard has two sqaures and two rounded diagonal from each other where that plug should go.

Both 4 pin PSU cables fit into the 8 pin mother board cpu power slot. However only one of them matches the sq/hex pattern on the slot. The other can be inserted but has all hex tops while the Mobo for that spot has two sq. and two hex.
