Low fps Very high end computer

Ok i just bought very nice computer, specs:

MSI amd r9 390 TEMP: 60°C
Intel i5 6600k - cooler Artic cooling Freezer 7 TEMP 40°C
MSI m5 gaming motherboard TEMP 40°C
550w XFX PSU
SSD kingston standalone 120gb
HDD Barracuda 1TB
4gb corsair 2133 DDR4 RAM

So i get low fps when gaming games like Space engineers or even SMITE is lagging when i go MAXED So what here is the problem?

Troubleshooting! I love these. The first place I would start to troubleshoot this problem would be to turn down your graphics settings in the game and see if the FPS goes higher. If it does, that should tell you that your GPU is either not sufficient or not performing to its potential.

Most definitely! Get another 4 GB of the EXACT SAME MAKE AND MODEL. Use the Corsair Part # from the existing DIMM.

Yes, upgrading RAM is one of the quickest, easiest ways to increase performance. Like the previous poster said, make sure you buy the exact same kind of RAM. Mixing and matching is a no-no with RAM.

And even though you have a 2133mhz DDR4 RAM card, at the end of the day, 4 gigs is gigs and like Thently said, that's not a lot by today's standards.

Well i reinstalled drivers and installed new bios. Performance stays still pretty low i hope its becouse of ram. I played Space engineers when i lowed settings well first of all my 390 crashed when i ALT+TAB i hope its just bug or something and then Game crashes and says i have too little amount of RAM

Sounds like that's exactly your problem then. Get another 4GB Corsair, or just upgrade to 2x8GB cards for a max of 16GB, then you shouldn't need to upgrade for a while.

well i upgraded my RAM to 8gb games are still lagging much i dont understand what could be problem

The 390 has started lagging in a lot of high end games on other peoples build.

AMD man, from what I have heard they are not reliable in most instances. I doubt that is the problem but, an idea.

I'm sorry to hear that didn't help.
So lets look at what you HAVE tried so far,
-Upgraded RAM
-Lowered video settings in-game
-Updated drivers/bios

Did I miss anything?

Anyways, now it's seeming like a problem with your GPU. I know you have updated your GPU drivers and all but is there any way you could test your game on another GPU? Maybe an older model you have around or one you could borrow from a friend?

Just try and think outside the box, don't get too wrapped up in the, "well I updated everything" mentality.
