I've purchased a new GPU, CPU and Mobo.
Plugged everything as it should be - but it won't start - LED's on GPU are just blinking, but fans aren't starting either.

Double check all your connectors PSU/front case drives video card all of them. Then try again.
Unplug the power supply, unplug all the drives, remove the video card, unplug all front case connectors and USB, reset CMOS, plug the monitor into the back of the motherboard, plug in the power supply short out the power pins on the motherboard and see if it will start to the BIOS screen.

Board. power supply, CPU cooler , 1 stick of memory if you have 2 sticks. Make sure the memory is fully seated in the slot.
Don't forget to reset CMOS.

My front panel cables were wrongly attached, now it actually starts.
It says 'CPU or Memory Changed!!! Please enter Setup or configure your system'
F1 to run setup
F2 to load default values and continue

You need to install the other stick of memory first.
Change the memory settings to XMP that should put it at the right speed, hook up the video card and the SSD see if you get that same message as before. then you will need go into bios again to set the SSD to AHCI and the boot priority to the disc drive, your are going to reformat your old hard drive wiping it clean and do a fresh install of windows on the SSD right?

I've editted my above post.
I didn't plug GPU yet - I want to do it one by one, if I see it go through BIOS, read my CD with windows and show my HDD/SSD during 'pick partition to install' - I'll restart and plug GPU.

Please read my post above, I've asked about SATA order.

Not yet, there are 6 slots for SATA express and 2 slots for SATA 6GB/s.
I have 4 cables, one for HDD, one for SSD and two for Optical Drive.
Should SSD go to SATAe or SATA 6GB/s, what about the rest?

No, install windows on SSD and leave HDD as it is.
There's nothing on my HDD other than AMD catalyst and games.

Actually, the PC has now booted, with Intel HD graphics lol.

OK install the video card and hook the monitor to it, hook the SSD up to a SATA 6gb port and your disc player to the other one you can move that one later if you wish.
boot the PC into BIOS and set the SSD to AHCI mode and the boot priority to the disc player, install the windows disc into the drive save, exit BIOS and reboot you should then start loading the operating system.

Yes, I'm already formatting SSD.
I'll reply in 10-20 minutes when it'll be over so I can plug in my GPU and say if it works as intented.

You've been of great help, but don't leave me yet - take a break ^^
