I am interested in gaming in ultra at amazing fps.... Please assist me with picking the right parts instead of impulse buying and making the wrong choice. I am requesting for multiple reply's for a budget build of $900.00

I currently have already bought the CPU Cooler, H100i GTX. I would need to buy the other parts, I can also wait for NewEgg/Frys deals to help with this budget.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

This could be a lot better if we downgraded the CPU, mobo, and ram so you can have a better GPU and get a SSD in there.

Solution
The time to ask is BEFORE you buy.
In this case, the one suggestion I would have made is to omit the liquid cooling.
14nm skylake runs cool, and there is no value in anything more than a simple cooler like the $30 cryorig H7.
I would return/sell the h100 if I could.
How well you can oc is determined by your luck of the bin.
With a good chip, I oc to 4.8 with a tower cooler and a 120mm fan.

As to the other parts:

1. Look for a Z170 M-ATX motherboard. You should find one around $100.
2. Fancy heat spreaders sell ram, but they are useless. Buy a basic ram kit like this for less:

3. I suggest you defer on the hard drive and buy a 240gb ssd up front. It will hold a fair number of games. You can always add a hard drive later if you will be storing large files such as videos.
Look for Samsung 850 EVO, there seem to be sales around $100 for 240gb.
4. A GTX970 would be an appropriate graphics card for 1080P or 1440P resolution.
5. XFX650w gold psu is on sale for $45 after rebate:
