My computer kept turning off time to time because of something called a power surge and then I researched about it and I found out it can be because of lightnings but it wasn't having any lightnings at the time so it might be my PSU but Im not sure. I kept turning back on and after 1-2 hours it turned off again. This continued happening for a week until today it didn't turn on again.
Here are my Specs:
Mobo -> ASUS Z-97 Pro
GPU -> EVGA GTX 980 sc
CPU -> Intel i7-4790k
PSU -> Corsair CX750
RAM -> Kingstone HyperX Fury 16GB Kit (2x8GB) DDR3
HD-> Western Digital Blue 1TB
SSD 1 -> Crucial 128GB
SSD 2-> Samsung 850 EVO 250GB (This is where the OS is)

Pls I would love if one of you guys that reads this could help me because it was a very expensive PC and I love gaming and I want to use it again as soon as possible, thanks for reading.
ANY more questions or info about what happened don't hesitate to ask. Thx
P.S - Sorry for my English, Im Brazilian.

My Motherboard appears a 00 on it and I think that means it is not posting

Power surges can happen for many reasons other than lightning. (lightning, housing electrical wiring, outside wiring, pc power supply and many other reasons).

There are a few options for you at this point. I would also ask the local utility company to inspect your electrical system. If its a wiring issue it could cause a fire or other equipment to fry.

1: Troubleshoot the computer yourself. Divide and conquer. IMO this is the step i would go with your computer.

Buy a good surge protector. These need to be replaced once in awhile so if using a old one than replace it.

Power supply: Check the fuse if it comes with one and check to see if it turns on. If it was a big power surge and it fried your power supply than hope it...

If it was a big power surge and it fried your power supply than hope it stopped there before getting to the other computer hardware. Find/borrow a power supply to test the rest of components if your power supply does not work. I would be tempted to just replace the power supply to be safe personally even if it was just the fuse. (if the power company didn't find anything wrong that is).

Motherboard: With a working powersupply than test your motherboard. Do not forget to test wires on power supply if using the original power supply is being used.

Etc.

You may also need to buy a new network card as these are sensitive. (these are pretty cheap)

2: Take it to a computer shop and pay a few hundred for them to do the above.
