Yes as they are both 680's. If the clocks are different on them, they usually synchronize. I had Crossfire 6870's and they sync'd to the one with lower clocks. You can use MSI Afterburner to watch temps and configure the cards to the desired speeds.
Just make sure you have a Psu of enough wattage to power the two cards in SLI mode.
The power consumption is pretty high in watts for two 680`s in SLI mode.
Plus check to see how many amps will be required or is recommended from the 12v power rail of a PSU also for two 680`s in SLI mode.
