My Toshiba P755 hard drive failed shortly after win 10 upgrade from windows 7. Reformatted as NTSF and now have win 10 setup on bootable usb flashdisk but cannot get to the P755 bios to change to boot from the usb. Tried FN F2 with no success, Any other key combo gives 10 system characters on screen. Need help to get to bios to change boot to usb.

Solution
found success! using F12 instead of F2, you must remove battery and unplug the power supply then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds then try to start with just the power supply plugged in.
If you have no success - remove the hard drive and re install it to check for a loose or dirt connection and then try.
next: If you have changed the bios settings reset to the defaults and try.
If none of the above helped then most likely a bad hard drive.
