Please help me... Did I damage my CPU?

Hello! I am so sorry but I would appreciate it very much if you could let me know whether I damaged my CPU.

I have recently built a PC on my own for the first time and tried overclocking. My CPU is i7 6700K. All went fine and I ended up with 1.335 v (or 1.340 v I can't remember exactly) with 4.7 GHz. I then set it to Adaptive Mode.

However, just few moments ago, before I went to sleep I ran AIDA64 while the system is on Adaptive Mode. I ran it for about 5 to 7 seconds(it could not have been longer than 20 seconds) and I noticed on my HWMonitor the voltage was around 1.5v!

Did I damage my CPU or any of my system? If yes than is the damage negligible that I could just stop worrying and use my pc without this fear? Please help me... Thank you very much.

A bit of advice.
In normal use, you will never tell the difference between 4.5GHz and 4.7Ghz
But it will be a lot kinder to your processor, because you should be able to run 4.5GHz on a lot lower voltage.

Dear Karsten75 and lodders,

Thank you very much for your kind and assuring answers. It really is a great help. Thank you. I will bear this in mind and stop worrying about it. I hope you have a great weekend! I am sorry even though I picked Karsten75's answer it was only because I had to pick one. I am equally grateful to both of you.

Thank you very much! this is a great news for me as I then i would not have to worry too much about over voltage at lower voltage. Thank you!
