new ssd causing strange behavior

so my new computer has been a pain from the start, heres the specs

asrock 970m pro3
amd fx4350 overclocked to 4725MHz
16GB pny 1866MHz RAM
Evga GTX 960
240GB pny ssd
windows 7 ultimate

after installing the ssd everything appeared to be working fine, until i got on youtube. the audio plays fine but video speeds up and slows down randomly, same on all browsers. also Windows Media Player wont play music, if i restart the app several times it will play but skips and shudders like the youtube vids.

does any one have any ideas, sadly this is not the first time this computer has done some very strange things

Make sure your Flash Player or whatever video render prgram you are using is up to date, also make sure you have all your graphics drivers and other drivers up to date.
with a new SSD, means all new drivers, and no doubt 1 of them is not up to date or is the wrong driver. I would reinstall flash player and make sure your drivers are solid.
