Where To Get Bios Updates?

i have e-spectrum g31 and yes i am experiencing problems with it and contacted the motherboard manufacture company and they said to update my bios

Contact them back and ask for where to download the updated BIOS from. I'm not seeing a download option on the Motherboard's Web Site.

Well if they're not responding to e-mails, then your only option is to try calling them and working through the language/dialect barriers. You did so earlier when you understood them telling you to update the BIOS. Do so again when asking where to get the BIOS from.
