Can I run Fallout 4?

I have a Intel Core i5-4200M CPU @ 2.50GHz 4 GB of RAM with Intel HD Graphics 4400. I know it is bad but i was wondering if i could run it bare minimum.

You could use the sticky post at the top of the page.

Hmm, I really doubt you would get above 15-20 FPS even at low. With 4GB of RAM and IGPU you don't really have a chance.

Fallout 4 apparently doesn't launch at all under most cirumstances with Intel integrated graphics right now, but even if it did performance would be poor at best. I doubt you're going to be able to play it, even if somebody finds a fix that lets the game work with Intel integrated graphics.
