cleaning graphic card fans

i have Sapphire HD 7950 Dual X and i clean it every month but i need to know if i can dismantle the cooling fans and use white grease or sewing machine oil to lubricate the bearings ?
or the fans will be damaged if do this ?

Note : i use air blower to clean my computer - is this the reason for my graphic card fans to produce high sound when it reach above 60 degrees Celsius ?

Do not apply anything to the GPU fans, the reason they make such a load noise is the fact that they are displacing that much air around the area to cause the noise, the more air moving the more turbulence on the blades causing the noise. it is common as cards get used more and get older.

If you are worried about the noise you can look for an aftermarket cooler specifically for that card.
