Mice and keyboard not working after installed new cpu and mobo

Hi . Sorry for my bad english first .

Please help me out i have a problem .

Yesterday i got new cpu (intel skylake i5 -6600 3.3 ghz) and new motherboard ( msi z170a gaming pro)

And after i install everythgs done , i try to boot up my system , everythgs work fine until the login screen , thn my mouse and keyboard stopped working . But i can still go into BIOS.

Here my spec info :

CPU : intel skylake core i5-6600
MOBO: msi z170a gaming pro
GPU: msi gtx 960 overclocked
RAM: kingston 16gb ddr4 (2x8gb)
CASE: NZXT h440 red/black
KEYBOARD :corsair k70 rgb
MICE : steelseries rival dota2 edition


Whats the problem can anyone help me ? Apperciated.
 
Solution
A simple fix would be to plug your USB devices that are marked in grey or black. This way it is USB 2.0 capable. The blue USB slots are 3.0.

Once it starts working in the black/grey slots then you can move them to the USB 3.0 slots as the drivers are now installed for them.

That is the above fix if no problems....... But if the above does not work then just maybe you need to install USB 3.0 drivers.

I tried plugged into different usb ports and also used others mice and keyboard . No help.

Yes . My mice and keyboard work only when system boot up. And it work too in BIOS. But when the window welcome screen shows , they stopped working.
