I just bought a motherboard from ebay to be able to o/c my i5-3570k CPU. I just got I yesterday and even though I was working on it till (very) late I was not able to boot it up at all.
When I connect the CPU, memory and PSU to the mainboard I'm able to start the CPU fan for 1 second and then everything is off again.
What I tried so far: Different memory on different positions, inside and outside of my tower, +/- GPU, clearing the CMOS.
Is there anything I can try to solve this problem except throwing it (and the money) in the bin?
