How to remove xbox 360 family settings?

I couldn't remember the passcode or security question for my xbox 360 and so I completely reset the console hoping it would wipe everything, the family settings control is still on despite this and I can't figure out how to shut it off? Any help?

we can't help you with that. it's a violation of the TOS for Tomshardware. your basically asking us to hack your console. for all we know you could be a kid trying to bypass your parents restrictions on your console. Sorry but we cannot help.

Well that's fair enough, it's just I assumed that once you factory reset an xbox you would be able to start afresh without the old limitations, I don't want to in anyway mod or hack a console I just want to get past a filter I put in place at age 12, for some reason xbox has no way of changing these codes through email or phone number and I'm screwed otherwise.
