Best options between these CPUs

I'm planning on buying a new CPU and my options are:

AMD FX 8350
AMD FX 8370
AMD FX 8370E
Intel Core i5-6500

What would be the best one without taking in consideration the price?

The Intel Core i5-6500 - no contest. Check cpubenchmarks.com.

Some of those AMD processor consume as much as 220W and thus need expensive high-end motherboards and special cooling/ventilation directed at the VRMs to perform anywhere near their maximum levels.
