For CPUs,

30-40C is normal for an idle CPU. However, an idle system temperature of 35C is a little on the warm side. But nothing to worry about.

If a CPU reaches 80C then extra cooling support is reccomend. If it reaches above 80C then the CPU may suffer from internal damage, or harm the CPU socket.

About your voltages, they are normal and your PSU is functioning normally.

If your still worried about the temperatures of your CPU, then I would reccomend any of these options:

-More fans for your case.
-3rd party CPU cooler.
-Clean the dust from the CPU cooler and case fans.

Please ask more questions if you need any further assistance.

Hope this helps!

i got my pc custom build by a shop nearby. i just went into bios and saw all the warnings were
turned off. and the cpu voltage was about 1.36 V
here is an image if that helps.
this scared me a bit.

I'm the dude who asked the question.
I see that everything is under safe zone temps. And if you are worrying about the vrm heating, its a 4+1 with a heatsink. The question is should I alter the voltages? They do not look normal. And should I turn on the core temperature warning and fan warning?

The BIOS runs the CPU full-out @ 4 GHz. 1.36 is pretty normal for a 8350.

HWMonitor shows it underclocked to 1.4 GHz (thanks to Cool N Quiet being enabled), that's why the low VCore voltage.

I don't see anything to worry about, but looks like you could use a better CPU cooler.

My renders usually last 30 minutes and I keep checking the HW monitor throughout. It always runs at 100percent with 4.18 or something close speeds. Its nice and stable. The problem is that the temps occasionally hit 55 on cpu and 61 on mobo. I need to know if that is. Problem. And if the warning should be on, if the warning should be on what limit should I impose on it?

Temps are fine, voltages are fine. I just checked; default for my 8320 is 1.3375V, and it's running at 1.38 @ 4.5.

Max safe core temp recommended by AMD is 62 degrees C. Maximum socket temperature is 70 degrees C. Set your monitors to something close to those. You're well within that design limit - I see 55C all the time when working it full-out.

dudeman509 has a VERY good motherboard that would probably get near 5.0ghz if he wanted...

To answer your original question, you should really need to worry about temps as long as you're not trying to OC. There is little to no chance of it overheating as long as you installed the heatsink correctly. I recommend setting the voltage to auto.
