Problem with new pc please help me

Hello I have the following computer

cpu Ι5 4690
moboGigabytes H97-HD3
ram 8GB kingston hyper x
hdd WD 1TB
psu 600 Watt corsair
GPU GTX650
OS Windows 10 home

And my problem is when I start the computer is taking very long for the POST BEEP sound I tried to isolate the problem and i believe that the issue is the usb headset which i have microsoft LX-3000 which are brand new can someone please tell me why is this happening is the motherboard faulty.

According to pcmag.com, one beep code indicates a, "Refresh Failure"

It recommends re-seating your system Memory.

Ensure your system is completely off before preceding.
Follow this tutorial on Youtube to re-seat your memory: https://youtu.be/DLxNPBQBfT8?t=30s

After you've reinstalled your memory and made sure the stick is completely inserted into the proper slot, power your computer on again and tell me if you receive the same beep codes.
