How does my computer pre-build look so far?

I'm building a gaming computer and I'm new at this, so I can't really tell what parts are better than others.

My build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ymQ4zy

I would like to get ultra high settings (hopefully 50-60 FPS) for most of the games I play which consist of

-Spintires

-BeamNg.Drive

-Black ops 2

-Black ops 3

-America's Army: Proving Grounds

-Battlefield 4

-Rocket League

One other question, right now I have a 720p T.V. I am using with a monitor, which I believe (tell me if I am wrong) would be a walk in the park for the 380X. Do you think I can still get ultra high settings (with 50-60 FPS) with a 1080p monitor? Maybe even with a 1440p monitor? Thank you!

well at 720...probably. i doubt you'll get all those games maxed at 1080, let alone 1440 with a 380x. but theres quite a difference in demand. rocket league can be played on pretty low end hardware, but black ops 3 is very very demanding. ofcourse, playing at 720 will help a lot with letting you scale up settings.

i dont see any obvious compatability issues with the build you've picked, but i will point out a few possible revisions here.

those 2 packs of fans you've picked are SP fans, for static pressure. they're really for pushing air through confined environments like a radiator in a water loop. you might want to switch them out for AF fans, which are for air flow and are better at circulating the air in and out of the case...

To me this build looks like a very good one, however I'm not sure if i would go for an 3xx series AMD as there has been a lot of controversy as to if they are even much better that the 2xx for £100 less ? I havent looked at a lot on them recently however but if it was me i would go with either an R9 290x or 970 / 980 (ti overkill if you want)

It is a very good build.

suggested improvements...
unless you want your PC to be able to hover like a helicopter, one or two case fans is plenty.
You could get the same gaming performance for less money with an Asus h81 gamer motherboard or similar

the wd black hdd is really more for content creators and handling a lot of large file read/writing. you could save a few bucks on a wd blue drive, which is less specialized and perfect for mass storage alongside an ssd. im assuming this is meant as a gaming rig, and though the black says its got optimizations for gaming they not only seem pretty snake oil-y to me, they're moot. you'll want your most played games on your ssd for the best performance.

your cooler calls for a height of 159mm, while your case claims room for 160mm. expect a tight fit. the card is also 17mm longer than the 300mm of space the case claims, but that can be remedied by removing drive cages according to the case's product page. looking at the pictures, you might be able to use a pci-e slot that is between the drive cages and expansion bays, but im unsure just looking at the case with no mobo in it. just something to think about.

good luck with the build!
