Best LGA1150 mATX with wifi?

Hi guys, im thinking of upgrading some of the components in my old desktop I purchased from BestBuy a few years ago. When taking a look inside I see that it has a micro atx motherboard. So I was just wondering what would be the best choice, since I intend on getting a new i5.

Which CPU are you getting 4670K, 4690K? or something else. Do you plan on overclocking. If you do then Z97 is good for you. If not Z87 will do it for you, but it will be a little bit less futureproof than Z97.
