First time building a computer... Need advice on specs

I am building my first computer and currently this is what I found in my stores ( I am in the Philipines )

I need advice to whether or not upgrade it
I am on a 1000$ - 1200$ budget (somewhere around 45000 Php - 60000 Php) estimated.
I am not sure on the GPU,PSU and CPU..so forgive me on that one if its already good.

For around your price range i have made this list that near enough on your budget but i would mess around with it as its just a quick mock-up. Gingerbread gave very good advice for the price.

BUT You might want to start by asking what you want the computer for, then you could find out how much money you need to spend to achieve it

Would that still work???
and what about my PSU? If i upgrade my graphics card since maybe it would take more power?

In summary, cheap stuff is a false economy, but once you get beyond a certain price point, you are paying a lot of extra money for a bit of extra performance.
IMHO between $800 and $1000 is the sweet spot
