Intel i7 or AMD FX 9590 for 4K Editing

I need a 4K Editing system and want the best I already have a fractial R5 Black out case what's really better cpu for this system Intel i7 or AMDs FX 9590 with overclocking and liquid cooler?

I7 5820k would be your best bet not much more than the 4770k has 2 more cores 4 more threads and ocs fairly well it performs MUCH better than any amd processor. But even the 4770 or if you don't want to oc the xeon 1241v3 is a good option and can use a cheap board with it and see no performance hits
